About Jordan Vaughn

Jordan Vaughn has worked extensively over the past 20+ years to become one of Nashville's and Middle Tennessee's superior real estate agents. As a Nashville area native, Jordan has had his hand in various realms of the construction and real estate markets. Coming from a family whose roots run deep in New Construction, Jordan began his love for residential real estate on a construction site with extended family.  This created a natural real estate career directly after high school with RE/MAX and throughout his college years at Middle Tennessee State University. After receiving his degree in Psychology, Jordan continued his real estate career partnering with Mark Lonsway. This 20 year team has proven their success through Local, State and National Team Awards and Accolades including RE/MAX's Tennessee Region top teams.

Woodridge Homes
No stranger to new construction, after working in new construction for a number of his teenage years, in 2010 Jordan joined partner Ted Pratt in Woodridge Homes. Since then, Woodridge has produced a premier new homes experience, and continues to grow as one of Nashville's personal premier builders. Woodridge continues to set the bar in residential construction, winning awards in design, features, layouts and customer experience.
 
WCAR 
One of Jordan's most recent achievements has been his involvement on the Williamson County Association of REALTOR® board of directors as the 2020 President. Jordan continues to be involved in WCAR operations. He currently serves and leads on multiple with TN Realtors and the National Association of REALTORs committees and foundations.  Jordan has developed a number of real estate courses that he currently teaches across Middle Tennessee.
